01 / What it does
Connect Shopify, upload a CSV, or bring a spreadsheet. Products, variants, images and prices land in one place and stay in sync as you change them.
Choose an art direction, whether that's minimal, editorial, technical, pop or luxe, and toggle between them. The whole document redraws. Nothing is retyped.
Grids that balance, type that fits its box, images cropped to one system, pages that break in sensible places. No dragging rectangles at midnight.
A lookbook that sells the feeling, a linesheet that sells the order, and a fillable order form that comes back complete. Built from the same products.
Print-ready PDF with bleed, a light screen PDF for email, an editable master file, and image sets named for Faire, JOOR, NuORDER and Shopify B2B.
Nothing is locked and nothing is trapped behind a subscription. Every export is a file you own, in a tool you already have, changeable line by line.
02 / Sample designs
A few designs that came out of the system, from modern minimal to pop art to technical catalogue. It adapts to whatever your range needs rather than dropping you into a fixed template. Click any cover to page through a full sample.
03 / The standard
Most linesheets fail on information, not aesthetics. Pretty templates leave half of this out. Every document LinesheetPro builds is checked against this list, and tells you what's still missing from your catalogue.
04 / How it works
No brief, no back-and-forth, no waiting on a designer's calendar. You sign in, your products are already there, and you leave with files.
Get early accessLink Shopify and your products, variants, images and prices come across in one pass. No store, or products living somewhere else? Upload a CSV or a spreadsheet and the columns get mapped for you.
Pick an art direction and the whole document redraws in it, on your real products, with your real prices. Toggle between styles as many times as you like. Nothing is retyped and nothing is lost.
Covers, grids, style detail pages and an order matrix, composed page by page. Enter your terms, MOQs and delivery window once and they carry across every page and every document.
Change whatever you want the last word on, then take the lot: print PDF, screen PDF, an editable master file and a platform-ready image set. Next season, swap the products and run it again.
From synced catalogue to finished document*
Formats out: print, screen, editable, platform
Editable files, always yours
*Most ranges finish in minutes with little or no manual work. Very large catalogues and heavy customisation take longer.
05 / Questions
Shopify to start, plus CSV and spreadsheet upload for everyone else. Products, variants, images, prices and inventory come across together, and re-syncing picks up whatever you've changed since. Which integrations land next is being decided by what early access users actually ask for, so tell us what you're on.
No. That's the whole point. You choose a style and the layout is composed for you: the grid, the type sizing, the image crops, the page breaks. You can change anything afterwards, but you shouldn't have to open a design tool to get something you'd be happy to send a buyer.
Fully editable, always. Every document exports as a file you own and can open in tools you already have, alongside the PDFs. Nothing is locked, and nothing stops working if you stop paying. If you want to take a document somewhere else and finish it by hand, that's your call.
A print-ready PDF with crops and bleed, a light screen PDF sized for email, an editable master file, and a platform-ready image set named to your SKU pattern. Lookbook, linesheet and order form export separately or as one bound document.
Yes. Those platforms want square or 4:5 product images, consistent backgrounds and a strict naming convention. The export set is built to match, named to your SKU pattern, so uploading a season is a drag-and-drop rather than an afternoon.
Add your fonts, colours and logo and the styles adapt around them rather than overriding them. If you don't have guidelines, the linesheet often ends up being the first proper articulation of the brand on paper, which is a nice by-product.
You'll be told before you export, not after it's printed: which shots are too small, inconsistently lit or cropped wrong for the style you picked. Backgrounds get normalised so a range shot over three years still reads as one collection.
No. Aurelia, Lumen Studio, Bolt, Marée, Maison Noir and Terra Forma are fictional houses, invented so we could show the same system stretched across very different categories. Every page, product drawing and price on them was made from scratch for this site.
LinesheetPro is pre-launch and going out in waves rather than all at once. Signing up puts you in the queue and gets you in before it opens publicly. We may also get in touch to ask how you build linesheets today, which at this stage genuinely does change what gets built first.
